Clinton, Missouri is a picturesque community that offers the historic charm of our town square, the largest in Missouri combined with new subdivisions and commercial/industrial developments. We are located approximately 1 hour SW of Kansas City, MO on a 4 lane divided highway. We are situated on beautiful Truman Lake and the start of the KATY Trail, a 237 mile "rails to trails" project across almost the entire state of Missouri. Our close proximity to Kansas City offers many benefits of a metro environment including the arts, professional sports, and unique dining.
We offer several industrial parks with sites ranging from 25 acres up to 400+ acres, rail served. Since May, 2019 we have seen 10 different company locations or expansions in our beautiful community of over 9,000 citizens. Our civilian labor force in a 35 minute commuting radius is over 155,000.
