Project Overview
The company is looking to build a manufacturing facility and is considering all States & Regions in the U.S. At the facility, they will be manufacturing electrodes with an advanced carbon binding structure, versus traditional polymer binders- used in Li-ion batteries and ultracapacitors. At this time, they believe they want to find a greenfield site to construct the facility due to the unique needs of the building. Open to considering both lease // buy opportunities. They are looking for around 20-25 acres to build a 215,000 sq ft facility. Prefer a site with surrounding land to eventually expand the facility as needed. The types of jobs being created at the facility include Technicians, Engineers, a few Senior Engineers that require a Ph.D., and front end positions such as business development, marketing & accounting. Infrastructure at the facility will include cleanrooms, laboratories, clinical and commercial manufacturing areas compliant with GMP standards. The company mentioned that they would like to have a site finalized within 8 months.
