Project Overview

The company is looking to try and capitalize on some of the credits they can get for re-developing a brownfield site in CALIFORNIA. The facility will be primarily for transforming plastic waste into pellets. The existing building should be at least 20,000 sq ft and they are interested in reviewing both lease and purchase options at this time. The project will create 10 jobs to start, which will be mostly in relation to manufacturing operations. They would like to have a brownfield site selected within the next 2 months.

-Ceiling height needs to be 30ft -Highly populated area. -Proximity to rail is preferred though interstate or port is fine. -Needs to have access to 3phase 460v power (or at least be able to be hooked up to a grid that can do that). -Within local range of MRFs (Material Recovery Facilities) to reduce the cost and carbon emissions of transporting waste.
