Project Overview

The company is looking for an existing building to establish a PV solar module manufacturing plant around 200,000- 260,000 sq ft. Open to exploring a shell building. Lease to purchase. They will create 300 jobs over the course of 3 years. Employees do not need to be highly skilled- they will be operator-type positions. The plant will have the capacity to produce 400 MW of solar modules per year for residential, commercial and industrial rooftop, and utility-scale applications. The company is already in conversation with multiple states but has asked GSLI to present options they may not be considering, and they are looking to create a shortlist in the next month or two.

-Larger metro area. -Ample parking for employees and trucks. -Close to solar customer base. -Available labor pool is extremely important to them. -Electricity requirements: 3000 amps. -3 dock doors on each end of the facility. 3 for incoming materials and 3 for finished products. -Close proximity to transportation infrastructure (Ports).
