Q: Is there one banner regardless of how many shows we sponsor or is it a separate banner per show?
ANSWER: Individual banners can be used for each show. However, every time you provide or reuse the same banner, we take off $200 per sponsorship.
Q: Who designs the banner? Is this something you design, or we submit a design to you?
ANSWER: Either is fine. Some communities want to provide their design. For those that do not have design capabilities, we provide this as a free service for sponsors.
Q: If you design, do you have examples of past banners developed?
ANSWER: Yes. We have several designs that you can view to help with ideas for your design. Our designers are professionals and do an amazing job you can count on.
Q: If we design, where can we find the design standards/template?
ANSWER: Each ELITE Cities sponsor banner is unique. At this time, we have no particular branding standards and want to ensure the banners fully represent each communities brand. If designing your own banner, the banner should be designed to fit 73” Tall by 33” wide | 300 DPI | .PNG, JPEG, .EPS, or .PDF format.
Q: Is the banner then sent to use post-show for our own future marketing needs?
ANSWER: Yes. You may provide a shipping account, or we can ship it to you and simply bill you for the cost of shipping. Many ELITE City Sponsors enjoy using these inside their office or at their local events.
Q: Are all contacts from the show, regardless of whether they make it into the portal, shared with members?
ANSWER: Yes! Two types of contacts are shared. First are identified project contacts. These are contacts we qualified at the show and may need additional information before we put them into the Project Portal as fully qualified. Second, are simply contacts we gather at the show or from the show and are contacts that are within the industry. Both sets of contacts are provided to you and have contact information for your follow-up. Not all of these will make it to the portal. Typically, 60% of the projects identified at the show finally make it into the portal.
Q: Can we do our own drip marketing campaign for these contacts?
ANSWER: Absolutely. Using these contacts to build your brand individually is a great way to further increase your pipeline of projects. Some ELITE Cities that utilize our LIGHTHOUSE AI360 service include these in their campaigns, so the process is automated without them having to do the work.
